The proposed Ditchburn wind farm, to the north-east of Eglingham, consists of up to nine wind turbines with an installed capacity of up to 27 megawatts .
PNE Wind, one of several German-owned speculative wind development companies operating in Northumberland and the Borders, is holding preliminary public exhibitions on its scheme for nine 126.5m (415ft) turbines at East Ditchburn (Hagdon), less than a mile from Eglingham and close to South Charlton.
